These Terms apply to your use of the Ivory Cascade Oasis website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort welcome adult guests aged 18 and above only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare this to be true. Photo identification may be requested at check-in.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a booking. Full settlement occurs at departure unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is charged; no-shows incur the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, violates gaming rules, or breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and above. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits may be set at any time through our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Ivory Cascade Oasis or its licensors and is protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

9. External links

This site may link to third-party websites. We bear no responsibility for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by International law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
